From June 8th TECOB servers have been accessible via IPv6 addresses. Coinciding with the "World IPv6 Day" on behalf of the Internet Society, TECOB announces the availability of this technology to its web servers, demonstrating the concern and the constant adaptation of its systems to provide the best service.

The current IP addressing system is reaching its limit and the change to IPv6 will be required soon.

The new Andorran Association of Professional Designers has acquired one of TECOB's hosting plans, as well as its web development services.

This association has been recently created to bring together all the professional web design devotees in the country.

Content management systems (CMS) are a fast and easy way to create a web site with many functions, and manage its content. Nevertheless, it is important to keep these systems up to date, in the same way we update our computer operating system GNU/Linux, Mac OS X or Windows. Thus, we can avoid unpleasant surprises such as unauthorized access to modify or delete its content.

TECOB usually installs Drupal CMS. To maximize its security we have decided to offer a new service providing the latest updates at a low cost so our customers don't need to worry about amending their web site.

(*) Updates are for Drupal 6.x and all its installed modules included in the following 6.x list. Upgrades from the old version of Drupal to the new one (such as from version 5.x to 6.x, or from version 6.x to 7.x, etc) are not included.
